| 7:30 AM | Gates open. Children are received by staff and settle into their classrooms. |
| 8:00 AM | Morning assembly: devotion, the national anthem and pledge, notices and inspection. |
| 8:30 AM | Morning lessons in core subjects, when minds are freshest. |
| 10:30 AM | Break and snack. Supervised play on the compound. |
| 11:00 AM | Lessons continue: science, social studies, languages, creative arts, ICT. |
| 12:30 PM | Lunch and rest time for the early years. |
| 1:15 PM | Afternoon lessons, reading, clubs, cadet drill or sport depending on the day. |
| 3:00 PM | Closing. JHS extra classes run after school on selected days. |
Each class has a teacher responsible for the academic progress and wellbeing of every child in it.
A first aid kit and trained staff on site, and prompt contact with parents whenever a child is unwell.
A walled compound, a single supervised gate and a sign-out system for pick-ups.
Daily devotion, Religious and Moral Education and a culture of respect for every person.
Clear rules, consistent follow-through and a focus on helping children make better choices.
Termly reports, PTA meetings and a direct line to the head of school.
Macvak students wear the school uniform with pride. Neat uniform, clean shoes and good grooming are part of the daily inspection at assembly. Physical education kit is worn on sports days and the Cadet Corps has its own drill uniform.
